AN ORDINANCE R$CLASSIFYING LOT 9, BLOCK 11, C. de. P. JOHNSW S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AUNDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDEDs AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TES CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSASs
SECTICB 1. That Lot 9, Block 11, C. A P. Johnson's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1915 Booker
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "0" bo- family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance k o. 54200 is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made -a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot 9, block 11,
C. & P. Johnson's Addition to the City of isittle Rock. Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter knows
and classified as being in the "C" Two - family i)istriot.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
