Spring Streets in the City of Little Rock in which a car driven

circbtances which render the City of Little Rock liable for

sustained by The North Little Rock Transoortation Company, Inc.
as appears from the lowest bids for repairs amount to the sum
of Four Hundred Sixty -Five & 26/100 Dollars 0465.26);
NOV,, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
S �ECTIO1 1. That the sum of Four hundred Sixty -Five & 26/100
Dollars ($465.26) is n.ereby appropriated from the general fund of
the City of Little Rock to be paid to The North Little Rock
Transportation Company, Inc. in full, final, and complete satis-
faction of any claim which it may have against the City of Little
Rock for said damages.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby au.tnr,rized,
empowered, and directed to-execute such instrument as may be
necessary to accomplish this purpose.
SECTION 3. All. ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
