AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, ATPID PURCHASE ELECTRIC
LIGHT BULBS FOR THE USE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
DURING THE PERIOD APRIL 10 1948 and MARCH 31, 1949.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY On LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase electric light bulbs to be used by the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, for a period of twelve months beginning
April 1, 1948, and ending March 31, 1949.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect frog and after its passage
and approval.
