AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT=
ASSIGNING THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES THEREOF: AND FOR OTHER PMPOSES.
BB IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AF1ANSAS%
SECTION 1. Beginning May 109 .1948,,f`th -position of Building Maintenance
Siiperihtilendent is hereby created in ths-Pub4c 19orks Department. The person
: *ogoigg- the position of Building Yain�ce Superintendent shall receive
a �oisthly salary ranging frost $226900 to X28 .00 per month:

SECTION 3. The Building Maintenan Superintendent shall be under the
direct control and supervision of the City Rngineer. He shall be charged
r #ith the responsibility of the maintenance and repair of all municipal
buildings under the jurisdiction of the Public Works Departaent and shall
perform such other duties as may be from time to time prescribed by the
City Engineer.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this ordinano -> shall be in full force and effect fran
and after its passage.
