ARKANSAS:
SECTIOPI 1. Pursuant to Act No. 27 of the Acts of the state
of Arkansas for 1945, t'nere is hereby created a Board of
Plumbing Examiners.
SECTION 2. Said board of examiners shall consist of four
(4) members, two (2) of whom shall be raster plumbers, one (1)
a journeyman plumber, and the chaff ririan of the city Board of
Heklth; said board shall be appointed b -r the ir;ra. -sTor and approved
by the city council for a terra of two (2) wears from: the first
dad* of May of this ,year and thereafter biennially before the
first day of 1t aur. Said master pl;i-dbers and said jou!- no,;ra,an
plumber shall have had ter_ (10) gears of actual experience as
a plumber next before qualifying* as r:enbers of sa.ic, board, and
said board r,enbers shall be. citizens and a.ctua.1. residents of the
city of Little Rock, Arkansas,
SECTION 3, Ordinance Mo. 4-372 is hereby ar ended to cor_form
to the provisions of this ordinance; al.l. ordinances anu parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are herebsT repealed.
SEC"'I 4. ?'nless the provisions of trhis ordinance become
effective immediately, th.e health and safety of the citizens of
the city of Little Rock will be adversely of footed, therefore
an enernency, is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pa.ssape and
approval.
