AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON
LOT 10, BLOCK 27, INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AM$NDEDi
AND FaR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That Lot 10, Block 27, Industrial Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being the NE corner of 10th and Concord
Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One- family District
under the terns of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F"
Commercial District under the terns of said Zoning Ordinance, and a
waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Yap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot 10, Block 27, Industrial Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section
One hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in "F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements waived as
provided in Section One hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
