AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING, WAIVING LOT AREA AND WAIVING YARD SPACE
RWQUIRENENTS OF THE EAST ONE+HALF LOT 7, BLOCK 284, ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROC,�4RKANSASs AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDEDs AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TFE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That lbht East i of Lot 7, Block 284, Original City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1224 Ringo Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "C" Two- family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and waiver of lot area and yard space requirements are
hereby granted.
SECTIGN 2. That Ordinance NO* 5420 and the ZcanAM Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the Bast j of Lot 7, Block 284, Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "F" Commercial
District and lot area and yard space requirements waived as provided in
Section 1 hereof„
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
