AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE W. 50 ft. OF E. 95 ft.. OF LOTS
5and 6, AND THE W. 50 ft. OF ME $, 95 ft. OF THE S. 35 ft. OF
LOT 4, BLOCK 10, BRADDOCK'S BOULEVARD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE H0. 5420 AS AMENDEDt
AND FCR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1k. That the W. 50 ft. of the E. 95 ft. of Lots 5 and 6,
and the W. 50 ft. of the E, 95 ft. of the S. 35 ft. of Lot 4, Block 10,
Braddockts Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 1516 West 26th Street, heretofore classified and soared as "B "'
One - family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No* 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "C" Two- family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance lice 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are herirby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said W. 50 ft. of the E. 95 ft. of
Lots 5 and 6, and the W. 50 ft, of the E. 96 ft. of the S. 35 ft. of
Lot 40 Block 10, Braddock's Boulevard Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - family District,
SECTION 39 That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
