AN ORDINANCE RECIASSIFYING LOT 7, BLOCK 3, WORTHEN & BROWN'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 6420
AS AMWED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot 7, Block 3, Worthen & Brown's Addition to the
City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being 2815 West 12th Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "F" Cassercial District under the torus of the
Zoning Ordinance No. 8420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the &seas
• is hereby declared to be in "H" Business District under the terms of said

SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Yap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to pernit the
reclassifications and rezoning of Lot 7, Block 3, Worthen & Brown's
Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as outlined in Section
1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in "H" Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
frm and after its passage.
