AN ORDINANCE WAIVING LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS IN
CONNECTION WITH LOT 12, BLOCK 15, FAUST ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, GRANTING PERMISSION TO BUILD A
SMALL HOUSE THEREON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMENDED,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby waives the lot
area and yard space requirements established under Ordinance
54200 as amended, in connection with the following lands:
Lot 12, Block 15, Faust Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas
and hereby grants permission to construct a small house on the
western portion of said lot; and the City Engineer is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a permit for the construction
of said additional structure on said lands.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a t thereof! are hereby amended to
conform to the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and it
is hereby declared that all the prerequisites to the passage of
this Ordinance have been complied with in connection herewith,
and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
