AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $302.35 OUT OF THE GENERAL FUNDS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND DIRECTING THE PAY&IENT OF SAME
TO ROBERT GARRETT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. 'The sum of $302.35 is hereby appropriated
out of the general funds of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for payment to Robert Garrett; the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the warrant of the
City to Robert Garrett, drawn on the fund named in the amount
indicated.
SECTION 2. This body finds that Robert Garrett was
injured while employed by the City of Little Rock and that
the sum of $302.35 is fair compensation to him for said
injury and the loss and damages resulting therefrom; and
said sum of $302.35 shall be in full and complete satisfac-
tion and discharge of any and all claims that the said
Robert Garrett may have against the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in effect according
to its terms from and after its passage.
