AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED FORTY—FOUR
DOLLARS AND FIFTY THREE CENTS ($244.53) FROM STREET DEPARTVMT
FUNDS TO PAY FOR REINFORCING STEEL. FOR EMGE'NCY WORK AT
TWENTY — SEVENTH AND CROSS STRETTSs DECLARING AN MMGENCY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
4 Im ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated Pram the Street Funds
of the City of Little Rock, the sum of T- wo hundred Forty -Four Dollars
and Fifty Three Cents ($244.53) to cover cost of reinforcing steel
used in emergency work at 27th and Cross Streets.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repialed, and unless the provisions of this ordinance are
put into effect immediately, the public peace, health and safety of
the citizens of Little Rock will be adversely affected; therefore, an
atergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect frca and after its passage and approval.
