AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND SELL
24 HUTMENTS LOCATED AT THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to receive bids
for the sale of twenty -four (24) 91 X 9t Hutments located
at the Little Rock.Municipal Airport. Said property is now
declared unfit for further use by the city, and are declared
surplus property.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
