AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING, WAIVING LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
LOT 7, BLOCK 17, POPE'S ADDITION TO ME CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDEDs AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLN ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 7, Block 17, Pope's.A.ddition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 411 last 4th Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "D" Apartment under the terms of Zoning Ordinance A o. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
.'.V Ca mercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a
waiver of lot area and yard space requirements are hereby granted*
SECTION 2. That Ordinance boo 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot 70 Block 17, Pope's Additon to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "F" Commercial
District with yard space and lot area requirements waived as provided in
Sestion 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
