AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 11 & 12, BLACK g, HARRINGTON'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Ald$ltDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDEDs AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTICK 1. That Lots 11 and 12, Block 5, Harrington's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2722 East 9th Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as aB" One - family District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "F" Ca miercial District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinances
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 6420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attachbi and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lots 11 and 12, -block 5, Barring *mss
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"F" Caeamercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
