AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON
ROCK STREET FROM THIRD STREET TO NINTH STREET, IN-
CLUSIVE, AND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SEVENTH STREET
BETWEEN ROCK AND SHERMAN STREETS, PROVIDING A PEN-
ALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BF IT ORDAINED a` THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECT109 1. That whensigns are erected in each block giv-
ing notice of restricted parking, no person shall park a ve-
hicle on the East side of Rock Street from Third Street to

Ninth Street,,anclusive, and on the North side of East JMINI16.
Street between Pock and Sherman Streets, inclusive, between
the hours of 8 A.M and 6 P. M. of any day except Sunday and
holidays.
SECTION 2. That when signs are erected in each block giv-
ing notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle on the Vilest
side of Rock Street from Third Street to Ninth Street, inclus-
ive, for a period of time in excess of two hours between the
hours of 8 A.M. and 6 P.M. of any day except Sunday and holi-
days.
SECTION 3. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof in the municipal court shall be fined in
any sum not less than $1.00 nor more than X5.00.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
