ti'A RRF &S, parties claiming to be the owners of more than
two - thirds in assessed value of the property located within the
territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying that
an improvement district be established for the purpose hereinafter
set out; and
VMRLAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all the
parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition
was signed by more than two- thirds in assessed value of the ormers
of real property within said territory;
NW, TIMREFORE:, BE IT 0RDAI1ZD by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Lots 13 to 24, inclusive, of Blocks 3 and 6;
Lots 1 to 12, inclusive, of Blocks 4 and 5;
lal in Altheimer's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, xrkansas ;
for the purpose of grading, draining and paving, in such a manner and
with such materials as the commissioners to be elected for the said
improvement district shall deers to be for the best interest of said
district, the following part of the following street in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Cleveland Street from the north line of the
present pavement on Navanaugh Boulevard to
its intersection with the north line, extended
east, of Block 5 of Altheimer's �,dditi on to the
city of Little Rock;
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from
any agency of the federal or city €overnrient, be assessed and charged
upon the real property above described, provided the liability of
each lot or tract of land shall be limited to its assessed benefits.

Said district shall be known as Street Improvement
District No. 570 ; and Clifford Alvin Lane ,
John H. Di,.rffaett , and
Willis C. Latman
are hereby named coilmissioners who shall conpose the Board of Im-
provement for said District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
