AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
LOT 11, BLOCK 8, WOODLAWN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSASr
SECTION 1. That Lot 11, BLOCK S, WOODLAWN Addition to the
City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being 3204 Fulton Street,heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" One Family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No, 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the
terms of said Zoriingn8rdinanoe, and a waiver of yard requirements is
$e"by granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5120 and the Zoning Map thereto
I ttached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot 11, Block 8, Woodlawn Addition
to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1, hereof:
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "!"
Commercial Dtstriot and with yard space req*irements waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
