AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE LUMBER FOR
THE USE OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase the following items for the use of the Street
Department:
2,500 feet yellow pine lumber, 2x6, 8 ft. and 16 ft.
lengths, finished four sides, creosote treated,
cost not to exceed $315.00
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
