AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE TWO TRUCKS WITH PACKER TYPE GARBAGE BODIES FOR
USE IN TH:H, GARBAGE AND SANITATION DEPART119rT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, NOT TO EXCEED $15,000.00, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
ized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
two trucks with packer type garbage bodies, for use in the
Garbage and Sanitation Department of the City of Little Rock.
Said trucks shall not exceed the cost of 615,000.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
