AN ORDINACE APPROPRIATING THE :'UTvi OF SEVEN
HUNDRED AN) THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS (073b.00) FROM
THE Ni4,GRO PARK FUND TO PAY FOR REPAIRING THE
PAVILION AT GILLIAM PARK, _ND rOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TFiE CITY COUNCIL 01-' THE CITY OF LITTLE :SUCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The- re is hereby appropriated from the Negro
Park Fund of the City of Little Rockthe sum of Seven Hundred
and Thirty-Five Dollars 073`.00) to 1;ay for repairing the
pavillon at Gilliam Park.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to take the necessary steps and exe-
cute such instruments as may be necessary to accomplish tie
provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance.
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
