AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIRE -
MENTS UPON LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. BLOCK 9; LOTS 7, 8,
92 102 11 and 12, BLOCK 10; LOTS A. B. C. AND D BLOCK 15;
LOTS 11 22 31 41 51 61 7, 82 BLOCK 16, ALL IN DODGE ADDIT*
ION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDIN-
ANCE NO. 5420 as AMENDED AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 1, 21 3, 49 5 and 6 Block 9;
Lots 7, 81 92 102 11, and 12 of Block 10; Lots A, B, C,
and D, Block 15, and Lots 1, 22 31 43 52 61 7, 8 of Block
16, all in Dodge's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas., being situated on Dodge and Geyer Streets, here-
tofore classified and zoned as "B" Two- family Residence
property under the terms and provisions of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same
is hereby to be in the "J" Light Industrial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard
space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
and the above described property as outlined in Section 1
of this Ordinance shall be hereafter known and classified
as being in "J" Light Industrial District under the terms
and provisions of Ordinance 5420, and with the yard space
requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECT'ION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
