AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 4, BLOCK 9, BRADDOCK'S BOULEVARD ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMODING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDEDs
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 4, Block 9, Braddock's Boulevard Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2515 High Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance wo.s5420 and the Zoning kap thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of the said Lot 4, Block 9, Braddock's Boulevard Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter knownsnd classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
