AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE
RFQUIRE11ENTS LOT SIX (6), BLOCK TEN (10). C. E.
GALLAGHERfS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AdiE]LiDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AVIENDED;
A'vD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS:
SFCION 1. That Lot Six (6), Block Ten (10), C. E.
Gallagher's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
3014 Roosevelt and the same as 2723 Johnson Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as IIBrf One- family residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and t:qe same is hereby declared to be in 'IF" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of
yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
Permit the reclassification and rezoning of Lot Six (6), Block Ten
(10), C. E. Gallagherts Addition to the City of Little -Rock, Ark-
ansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter
knoRm and classified as being in "F" Commercial District and with
yard space reauirements waived as -provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
