BE IT ORDAINED BY TTa CITY COUNCIL OF 1"NE CITY OF LIT`T'LE ROCK,

SECTION 1. That Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 16, Rector Town
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being on the
Southeast corner of 5th and rector Streets, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as "C ", Two Family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "H" Business District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Igiap
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots
10 2 and 3, Block 1�, Rector Town Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"H" Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passac-e .
