AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 90 ft. OF LOT 6, BLOCK 243, ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: A_ND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West 90 feet of Lot 6, block 243, Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 922 West 14th Street, heretofore classified and

zoned as "C" Two - family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinanc No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "H"
Business District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance b o. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and
made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning
of the said W. 90 feet of -6ot 6, block 243, Original City of Li tle Rock, Arkansas,

as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "H" Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
