ORDINANCE N0. 7691
AN ORDINANCE RECIASSIFYING THE WEST 2/3 rds OF LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 27,
BRADDOCK'S BOULEVARD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the West 2/3rds of Lots 1 and 2, block 27,
Braddock's Boulevard addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
3001 Ringo Street, heretofore classified and zoned as N" One - family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance ''o. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front and rear yard
space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the W. 2/3rds of Lots 1 and 2, Block 270
Braddock's Boulevard Addition to the City of "i tle Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in "F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements waived as provided
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
