ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 204, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ANSAS, ATNDING ORDINANCE NO. 5/;20 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots 5 and 6, Block 204, Original City of Little Rock,
kansas, being 1719 Arch Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two-
amily District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
d reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment.
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
d made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
zoning of the said Lots 5 and 6. Block 204, Original City of Little Rock,
, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
classified as being in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
its passage.
