ORDINANCE N0. 7693
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 95 FEET OF LOT 11
ALL OF LOTS 23 3, AND 41 THE NORTH 122 FEET OF LOT 52
ALL IN BLOCK 128, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following property:
The West 95 feet of Lot 10 all of lots 2, 3, and 4,
and the north 122 feet of lot 5, all in Block 128,
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas
heretofore classified and zoned as being in the "D" Apart-
ment District, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, as amended, are hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same are hereby declared to be in NIPW Commercial
District under the terms of said Ordinance 5420, as amended.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to include the reclassificatiion and rezoning of
The West 95 feet of Lot 1, all of lots 2, 3, and 4,
and the north 122 feet of lot 5, all in Block 128,
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas
as set forth in Section 1 of this ordinance, said prop-
erty to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
MVO Commercial District under Ordinance No. 5420,
as amended.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and
it is hereby declared that all the prerequisites to the
passage of this Ordinance have been complied with in con-
nection herewith, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
