AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 1, BLOCK 2, SUBDIVISION
OF LOT 18, RAPLEY ESTATE IN LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That .Lot 1, Block 2, Subdivision of Lot 18,
Rapley Estate in Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as being in the "C" Two- Family District,
under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, as amended,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "E" Apartment District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, and
the Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof,
are hereby amended to include the reclassification and
rezoning of said Lot 1, Block 2, Subdivision of Lot 18,
Rapley Estate in Little Rock, Arkansas, as set forth in
Section 1 of this ordinance, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "Ell Apartment Dis-
trict under Ordinance No. 5420, as amended.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and
it is hereby declared that all prerequisites to the pas-
sage of this Ordinance have been complied with in con-
nection herewith, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
