AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE CERTAIN EQUIPIPIENT FOR THE FIRE DEPARMlENT
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affaits is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
the Following items of equipment to be used by the Fire Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; said equipment not
to exceed the sum of y'575.00:
5 Herbert type hose clamps
1 -241 Wooden extension ladder
1 -121 Wooden roof ladder
4 -3/411 Booster nozzles
4-1-21-ft Fog nozzles
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
