ORDINANCE NO. 7712
AN ORDINANCE WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS FOR LOTS ONE l),
TEN (10), ELEVEN (11), and TWELVE (12); BLOCK EIGHT (6) MOUNTAIN
PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0, 6950; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That Lots One (1), Ten (10), Eleven (11), and
Twelve (12), Block Eight (8) Mountain Park Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, the same being located on the south side
of Kavanaugh Boulevard between Hayes and Grant Streets heretofore
classified as "F" Commercial District under the terms of Ordinance
6950, are hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same are hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District and yard space require-
ments for said property are hereby declared to be waived.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, and Ordinance No. 6950 amendatory
thereof, are hereby amended to permit the classification and
rezoning of said Lots One (1), Ten (10), Eleven (11), and Twelve
(12); Block Eight (8), Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District with yard space requirements waived.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
