AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUI_�EMENTS ON
PROPERTY AT 914 WEST 16th STREET; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AIENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard space
requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affebts property at
914 West 16th Street, described as All of Lot 6, Block 241 Original City of
Little Rock, except the Vest 104 feet thereof, are hereby waived, and the owner
thereof is hereby granted permission to construct addition to present
dwelling.
SECTION 2. Ordinance A o. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
abd made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions of
Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect ind be in force frcm
and after its passage.
