EAST 115 FEET OF THE SOUTH 27 FEET OF LOT 43 BLOCK 433., DU VAL'S AD-
DITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK3, ARKANSASj, AMENDING ORDINANCE
No, 5420 AS AIMNDED3 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT aRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK., ARKANSAS:
SECTION 3L. That the East 115 Feet of Lots 5 and 6 and the East
n.5 Feet of the South 27 Feet of Lot 4., Block 433, Du Valls Addition to
the City of Little Rock., Arkansas., being 20th and Louisiana Streets.,
heretofore classified and zoned as "CII Two-family District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance Noo 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby dedared to be in "D" Apartment District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit the reclas-
sification and rezoning of the said East 115 Feet of Lots 5 and 6 and
the East 115 Feet of the South 27 Feet of Lot 4. Block 433, Du Valls
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as outlined in Section 1
hereof., said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the I'D" Apartment District*
SECTION 3, That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
