AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES OF ANY DESCRIPTION
ON KAVANAUGH STREET BETWEEN "Q" STREET AND "R" STREET BETWEEN THE
HOURS OF 8 A.M. AND 6 P.M. AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the effective date of this ordinance,
it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park a
vehicle of any type on Kavanaugh Street, between "Q "Street and "R"
Street, between the hours of 9 A. M. and 6 P. M.
SECTION 2. Any person violating this ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a" misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in municipal
court shall be fined in a sum not less than $2.00 or more than $15.006
SECTION 3. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
