AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION 0ff ZOO CONCESSION MANAGER,
ESTABLISHING THE SALARY AND gUALIFIGATIONS TMMWOR, DECLARING
AN ENCY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES*,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The,Position of Zoo Concession Manager in the Parks
and Recreation Department of the City of ,Little Rock 3.s hereby created.
The salary to be paid the person occupying this position shall be in

SEQTI(W 4.- From and after the--lot day of August, 1948, all moneys
oollected from the concession stands at the Little Rook Municipal Zoo
MacArthur Park, Boyle Park and the Fair Park Golf Course, and otherwise,
shall be deposited by the City Collector to the General Fund of the City
of Little Rook.
SECTIONS All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions of this ordinance are
put into `effect immediately, the public peace, health and safety of the
citizens of Little Rook will be adversely affected, therefore, an emergency
