AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF CLERK-STENO-
GRAPHER IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION,
ESTABLISHING THE SALARY THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCV
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The position of clerk- stenographer is here-
by created in the Office of the City Planning Commission.
The salary for such position shall be the sum of $154.00 per
month, and shall be paid from such funds and in a like manner
as are other employees of the Office of the City Planning
Commission.
SECTION 2. The person chosen to fill the position
created in Section 1 hereof shall be selected by the Civil
Service Commission in the manner provided by law, and shall
have such qualifications as may be deemed appropriate for this
position.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
