AN ORDIUM AU*iIZING AND REQUESTING THE HOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ACCEPT BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A WELDING MACHINE FOR THE REPAIR
DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to accept bids for the purchase of a welding machine not
to exceed $500.00 for use in the aepair Division of the Public Works
Department.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
