AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA REQUIREMENTS ON PROPERTY j
KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDES; AND Ft
PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements as established by
Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property at 2222 Kavanaugh Boulevard,
described as the W. 59 ft. Lot 1 and W. 59 ft. of N. 35 ft Lot 2, Block 10,
Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby
waived, and the owner thereof is hereby granted permission to construct a
six room two -story masonry residence.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions of
Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
