AN ORDINANCE RECLMIFYING LOT 6 AND THE
HEST 25 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 71, C. E.
GALLAGHERtS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF-
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANW v MINDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENIED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
EE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
section 1. lot 6 and the West 25 feet of Lot 7, Block 7, C. E. Gallagherts
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby re -zoned and reclassified
and placed in "D" Apartment District under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420, as amended,
and the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
• Arkansas, as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made a part thereof, are
hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance, and
said property shall hereafter be described as being in the *D" Apartment District under
said Ordinance No. 5420, as amended.
Section 3. The provisions of said Ordinance No. 5!420 and of all other applicable
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas are hereby amended so that the provisions
thereof requiring a space of 25 feet from the street to the entrance or entrances of
the buildings on said property shall not gpply, and it is hereby ordained that apartments,
buildings or additions thereto upon said property or the entrances thereto may be less
than 25 feet from the street or streets bordering said property.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage .
