AN ORDINANCE RECUSSIFYING LOTS 120 13 and 14 BLOCK 30 BRADDOCK'S
BLVD. ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARWISAS, �D ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIITM BY TH1.; CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKLi SAS:
SECTION ;1'. That Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 30 Braddock's Blvd.
Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas 3100 Chester Street, here-
tofore classified and zoned as "B" One - Family District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance 110. 5420 is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be "F" Commercial District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
gttached and mdde a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 30
Braddock's Blvd. Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as out-
lined in Section 1 hereof, said property to ':;e hereafter known and
classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
