AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT "6" BLOCK 17, BRADDOCK'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAP! SAS, AI ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS KME DED: AND FOAL OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That Lot 6, Block 17, Braddock's Addition /to the City
of Little Rook, Arkansas, being 3723 West 19th Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" One - family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - family District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning 13ap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 6, Block 17, Braddock's
Additions to the City of Little Rpok, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being to the "C" Two-family District.
SECTION.;, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
