"'EWM S, a majority of two- thirds in value of the
property owners owhing property adjoining the locality to be
affected and situated in Street Improvement District 1?0. 570 of
the City of Little Kock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of
grading, draining and paving Cleveland Street as therein set out
have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkan-
sas, for the construction of said inprovement, and the cost thereof
shall be assessed upon the real property of said District according
to the benefits received; and
said benefits received by each and every lot,
block and parcel of real property situated in said District egt:als
or exceeds the local assessr:ient thereon; and

418,450.00.
ITOW, TifMYOM$ B::: IT OYM;JI ED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Axkansas:
Section 1. That the said several lots, blocks and parcels
of real property in said Street Improvement District No. 570 of
the City of Little Rock, 1- _zkansas, be assessed according to the
assessment list for said improvement district as the same now remains
in the office of the City Clerk, and that six and two-- thirds per
centum (6 2 /3rdsli) of the assessment of benefits of each of said
lots, blocks and parcels of real estate shall be paid annually on
or before the 1st day of October of each year, beginning with
October 1, 1948, until the whole of the said local assessment of
benefits shall be paid.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
