AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 4, SECTION 34 OF ORDINANCE NO.
4966 TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF A METAL BUILDING NOT TO EXCEED
14,000 SQUARE FEET AT 4905 ASHER AVENUE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Paragraph 4, Section 34 of Ordinance No.
4866 is hereby amended to permit the construction of a metal
building at 4805 Asher Avenue not to exceed 14,000 square feet
provided that not more than 500 persons are to be permitted to
inhabit said building at one instance, and that suitable signs
be placed therein to this effect.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flirt herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
