HomeMy WebLinkAbout7742ORDINANCE N0. 7742• AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON EAST FIFTH STREET FROM CUMBERLAND TO ROCK STREET, INCLUSIVE, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That when signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle on East Fifth Street from Cumberland to Rock Street, inclus- ive, for a period bf time in excess of one hour between the hours of 8 A. M. and 6 P M. of any day except Sunday and holidays. SECTION 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in municipal court shall be fined in any sum not less than $1.00 nor more than $5.00. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass- age and approval.
