AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON
28th STREET BETWEEN BROADWAY AND ARCH STREETS, PRO-
VIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF .9 AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED Bi THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That when signs are erected in each block
giving notice thereof, no pmraon..shall park a vehicle on
Twenty- Eighth Street between Broadway and Arch Streets, in-
elusive.
SECTION 9. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof in municipal court shall be fined in any
sum not less than $1.00 nor more than $5.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and. after its passage
and approval.
