AN ORDINANCE CHLNGING THE TITLE OF THE POSITION OF CLERK
IN THE TBAMIC DIVISION OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO TEAT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE BACK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7708 creating
the position of one clerk in the Traffic Division of the Police
Department is hereby amended to read as follows:
One Clerk- Stenographer
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions of
this ordinance are pat into effect immediately, the public peace,
health, and safety of the citizens of Little Rock will be
adversely affected, therefore, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance shall be in Rill force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
