AN ORDINANCE CREATING THEREFOR,EANDI IAN
CONSULTANT, FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The position of Veterinarian Consultant is
hereby created in the Food and Meat Division of the City Health
Department; the salary for such position shall be the he sum of
fund.
$90.00 per month and shall be paid from thVi
SECTION 2. The person chosen to fill the position creat-
ed herein shall be selected by the Civil Service Conmission in
the manner provided by law, and shall have such qualif icatiaas
as may be deemed appropriate for these positions.
SECTION 3. In order to protect the health of the citizens
of Little Rock, this ordinance is deemed necessary, therefore,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
