AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFIIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,AND SELL ONE THOUSAND
PENT (1, 000) OF TWO AND ONE-HALF INCH (2j) FIRE HOSE, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for,.and sell one thousand
feet (1,0001) of 2* inch fire hose; said property is now declared
unfit for further use by the Fire Department of the City of Little
Rock and is declared surplus property.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
