ORDINANCE NO. ZZ51
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE AUTOMOBILE FOR USE BY THE MILK AND DAIRY
DIVISION OF THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
ITl ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS.,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock is hereby authorised and directed to advertise
take bids for and purchase one passenger automobile (Business
Coupe] for use by the Milk and Dairy Ditision of the City
Health Department. The cost of said automobile shall not
exceed the sum of $1,500.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and /or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effe #t from and after its passage
and approval.
